Empty the dust container or dust bag regularly and clean the device thoroughly. If liquids get into unintended areas, this can lead to odor development in the motor. Immediately switch off the device and do not continue to use it.
Check if the battery of the hard floor cleaner is properly charged. Make sure that the connection between the battery and the device is correct and no cables are loose or damaged. Also, verify if the power switch is in the correct position to turn it on.
Check if the brush roll is clean and free from deposits. Ensure that the fresh water tank is filled with clean water and the dirty water tank is regularly emptied. Use the hard floor cleaner in even strokes and avoid using too much detergent to prevent streaking.
Make sure that the battery is fully charged. Check if the battery may be old and needs to be replaced. Avoid charging the battery for too short a time or letting it fully discharge for extended periods. Check if the dirty water tank is full and empty it as needed. Ensure that the HEPA filter is clean and not blocked. Clean the brush roll regularly to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure that the spray water tank is filled and that the spray water outlet is not clogged or blocked. Rinse the floor rollers under the tap before use to ensure optimal cleaning from the start.
This is normal. The water can usually be dried out. Make sure to dry the area after use.
Check if the battery is low or needs to be replaced. Make sure the brush rolls are not jammed and remove any long hair or dirt if necessary.
