Empty the dust container or dust bag regularly and clean the device thoroughly. If liquids get into unintended areas, this can lead to odor development in the motor. Immediately switch off the device and do not continue to use it.
Check if the dust container is full and empty it if necessary. Ensure that all filters are clean and not clogged. Check if the brush roll is blocked and remove any obstructions. Clean or replace the filter regularly according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Check the wheels and brushes for clogs or tangled hair and remove them. Ensure that the sensors are clean and functioning properly. Calibrate the robot vacuum according to the instructions in the user manual. If the problem persists, please contact our service center.
Make sure that the charging station is connected to a working electrical outlet and is placed in an accessible location. Check if the path to the charging station is free of obstacles. Clean the contacts on the charging station and the robot vacuum cleaner to ensure a proper connection.
Make sure the room is free of loose cables, toys, and other small objects that could block the robot vacuum. Check the sensors of the robot vacuum and clean them to ensure optimal performance. Use virtual walls or boundary markers to define problematic areas.
