3. Faults

The device is getting hot or turning off by itself

Turn off the device, unplug it, and let it cool down. Check the air intake for dust, dirt, and hair, and clean it if necessary. Make sure that both the air intake and outlet are not blocked.

The device is making unusual noises

Check if there are foreign objects or loose parts inside the device. Inspect the air intake for dust, dirt, and hair and clean it if necessary. Ensure that both the air intake and outlet are not blocked.

The device cannot be turned on

Check the power cable for damages and make sure the outlet is working. Try using a different outlet. If the device still does not work, there might be an internal electrical issue.

The hairdryer only blows cold air

Check the temperature setting and make sure that the hairdryer is not in "Cool" mode. Clean the air inlet from dust and dirt, as this can impede air circulation.

The hairdryer smells burnt

Turn off the device immediately and unplug it. Check the air inlet for dust and dirt and clean it. If the smell persists, do not continue to use the device!
